1. SMEs are more efficient to deal with.  Advisors working with big companies spend proportionately more time getting to know everyone, the structure and politics. This non-fee earning time then gets reflected  in higher per hour rates which are applied to large and small companies indiscriminately. We do not do this.
2. The Business Support Scheme sponsored by the Institute for Independent Business.   Many cases that involve work spread over a period of time can qualify for the Business Support Scheme. This results in even lower costs and spreads the costs over a period. The other benefit from spreading the work over a number of months is that the changes can be phased in at a speed that does not endanger the service to your customers and at which everyone is comfortable with.  We can tell you whether you can qualify for the Business Support Scheme.
3. Low overheads.  There are no expensive offices. Sig Biz Advisors people work from their homes linked by regular meetings,  and advanced information management systems.
4. Not providing what you don’t want. Working with many small businesses our experience is that ‘glitzy’ multi-media presentations and long reports are not wanted.
